Coach T comments: Nice team victory. Really nice balanced scoring. Everyone pitched in on both ends of the floor. Our 3's were dropping and we won. I still think this team needs to find a way to win when the 3's aren't dropping. I personally would like to see MC and Roach mixing it up more by attacking the seams in the zone more often than they do. As a team you took 19 3's and only 25 2's. In my opinion the O is relying too much on the bomb. We only shot something line 9 free throws for the entire game. That tells me you aren't being agressive enough on the O end. Nice breakout game for Mitch. Two thumbs up. The press was working and we boarded pretty well given that we were playing a 4 (sometimes 5) guard offense. Six different players had steals and six different players had assists. Only 22 boards so we need to continue to work on our inside game on both ends of the floor. Overall nice game. Way to go fellas. 7-3 is a great start to this season and now we have 8 of our last 10 at home (YEAH!!) before the start of the "second season".
